Return and Refund Policy
Updated . This policy describes how Squeblenchor handles withdrawals, defective goods, and refunds for customers purchasing through our storefront.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving physical goods, except for sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection reasons once opened. Food supplements fall under hygiene rules; opened bottles are typically non-refundable unless fault lies with us or the carrier.
How to start a return
Email any published correspondence string with your order reference, reason for return, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. We confirm instructions and the return warehouse address within two business days where possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds use the same payment method unless technically impossible. Processing may take up to fourteen days after we receive and inspect the returned unit. Shipping costs for voluntary returns are borne by the consumer unless the item was faulty or mis-described.
Defective items
If capsules are contaminated or packaging integrity fails before the best-before date, we arrange replacement or refund including reasonable return postage. You may need to comply with local product safety reporting rules if a reaction occurs.
